Barker Claim Services, an independent adjusting company, was founded by Maynard Barker III in 2000 with the opening of the Staunton, Virginia office. With over 50 years experience in the insurance industry, Mr. Barker has helped to develop and grow this family owned and operated business. The focus from the beginning has always been, and still remains, to provide consistent superior service to our clients.
In 2001, the Roanoke, Virginia office was opened under the supervision of Jonathan Barker, who has over 25 years experience in the adjustment field. Multiple Virginia locations followed with the opening of offices in Richmond, Fredericksburg, Virginia Beach, Bristol, Lexington and Lynchburg.
In September 2003, the expansion further developed into North Carolina with the opening of the office in Greensboro, North Carolina. Brian Barker, with over 30 years extensive experience in claims management and the insurance field established offices in Greensboro, Asheville, Charlotte, and Raleigh. Coverage was extended into South Carolina with the opening of the office in Columbia.
Barker Claim Services consists of two administrative offices. Virginia claims are administered through the Roanoke, Virginia office, managed by Jonathan Barker. Mr. Barker has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry. North and South Carolina claims are under the direction of Brian Barker in the Greensboro, NC office.
Our attention to quality service utilizing experienced and knowledgeable claims adjusters who recognize the importance of handling claims in a timely manner, has not changed and will not change.
